I have reviewed your model that is attached in PDF. Its quite a good model, But can your please specify what kind of opinion would you like to receive?
this is a comprehensive and logical model; but i have few reservations.
1) what is the difference between marketing thinking and planing?
2) In first two blocks you focus more on strategic management which i think beyond the scope of marketing management. you should focus more in segmentation, targeting, differentiation, positioning and CRM.
- To be honest, the upper part of the model, is not covering all of the logical steps that is normally covered in conceptual frameworks.
- Below mention part of the model completely disconnects with the whole framework conceptually.
- Overall, this model may not go well with the UG/PG readers and they might also face comprehension problem. So, Framework need total revamp and simplification, "IN MY VIEW". Regards. Wishes for your research paper!!
1) instead of a fashionable term "orientation" that everyone uses in its own understanding is it better to use s a starting point

2) there are too strong arrows between marketing formulation of product mix, marketing implementation and the good things in the right part of the model -- the product mix can be O.K. but the quality of products can be not corresponding to the price asked, again marketing implementation may not follow automatically marketing formulation without the proper motivation of salesman (or intermediaries), finally, even proper marketing implementation does not guarantee that you achieve sustainable marketing performance (competitors may imitate your products,offer low prices, present substitutes in the markets etc.)
3) there is no feedback between the performance and corporate goals/performance targets, which makes the whole model totally unrealistic (no business can exist without regular monitoring of the performance and subsequent timely adjusting performance targets).
Your designed model is looks little complicated. If you can make it little bit simple it becomes very good model. There are many things formulated and presented in this model, it cannot help keep readers in touch.
