Visamy - look's like you have done now on RG. If it counts as a conference proceeding - then it should have a DOI number that will widen the publication even more i.e. your ORCID account.
A poster is an abstract presented to a conference. Its status is not a complete paper, or a full publication. Universities do not count conference abstracts as a paper that counts in promotion. This is the general rule in over 95% of universities. However, some small universities might consider abstract presentation at a higher status than what I have said.
