T50 is the time to 50% dissolved of the product (minutes or hours?). The k is the rate constant describing the release rate (no units provide, but is likely first order, but could be zero order). Correlation coefficient tells how good the line fits the data, with a 1 being perfect (0.99 and above is excellent). The n may be a standard deviation term.
Software is available to calculate all these values from the release data.
However, you can also calculate all these values from plot.
T50: Generate Cumulative drug release vs time plot. Determine time corresponding to 50 % cumulative drug release.
n, k: Both are associated with korsmeyer peppas equation, i.e., (Mt/Mα)= ktn), where Mt and Mα are drug release at time t and infinity. Plot log (Mt/Mα) vs log t. the intercept and slope will be log K and n respectively.
