I need to specify different mobility values for different regions in SYNOPSYS SENTAURUS SDEVICE file..How to do?

I need to add region specific mobility values SDEVICE file I saw that there is provision to add region specific mobility models under Physics section of SDEVICE but I need to add specific mobility values..Can anybody help?
