I need to remove endotoxins from commercial albumin. Can somebody advise me?

I've tried with Cellufine columns but unfortunately I didn't obtain good results. Also, I have read about a method involving Triton X-114. Does anybody have experiences related with those procedures?

Hi Zenia, u could try EndoTrap columns (http://www.hyglos.de/en/products-services/products/endotoxin-removal.html). This worked out fine for me, although you might lose some protein which binds to the column.
