I need to image the internal structure of cured SU-8 negative tone photosensitive popular. I do not need the chemical structure.

I want images like those obtained from a SEM or TEM but it should allow me to pass into the cured structure of the SU-8 polymer. Please suggest some imaging techniques and general procedures on how to do it.
