I am a student from a relatively developing country and the commercial enzyme is expensive for us. My graduation thesis is desperately in need of an available standard curve for my AchE assay so that I can calculate my results using it. Please is there anyone who currently doing the AchE assay who can share it with me or where can I find it, are there papers or textbooks that I can find it in?

A standard curve must be prepared under the identical conditions as the assay. It is not likely that one that you did not prepare yourself will be accurate.
You can refer to the attached file to have a review. The activity values and kinetic parameters as well as the assay conditions have been mentioned. You can use those values as a reference if your experimental conditions are same. However, taking a curve from somewhere else would be an inaccurate method. You can instead look for collaborators around you.
Adam B Shapiro Thank you for answering and I'm sorry for the late reply, yes I did aware of the unmatch experimental condition and other possible drawbacks but what I was looking for is at least a reference, or a scale that I can (relatively) compare my data to. I'm trying other methods such as using enzymatic calculation formula, too, but a standard to refer to is very much appreciated.
