you can use nafion for this aim. you can add 1 wt% nafion to your Graphene solution and drop cast on electrode and drying on ambient condition .

The product of the Hummers' method is graphene oxide. You can obtain a graphene layer on the glassy carbon electrode by electrodeposition through several electrochemical procedures, like chronoamperometry or cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical reduction method is only an opcion, there are others like hydrothermal or chemical ones.

By the way, what is the concentration of GO per mL?

To prepare the catalyst ink, small amount graphene was dispersed in 5 mL DI water, 10 µL Nafion® in a 25 mL bottle and then the mixture was ultra sonicated for 15 min. Then, 10 mL of iso-propanol was added to the dispersion and it was sonicated for long time to obtain a homogenous ink.

Then measured amount ink drop cast on GC and keep for 2 hour at room temperature for drying. Now you can use it for electrochemical studies.
