Dear Bushra, there are several published scales for both foreign-language anxiety and foreign-language enjoyment in the L2 literature. A recent article that measured both FLA and FLE is: Jean-Marc Dewaele & Mateb Alfawzan (2018): Does the effect of enjoyment outweigh that of anxiety in foreign language performance? This article might be a good starting point.
Also, if EFL listening (rather: its improvement) has an effect on FLA or FLE can only be established via an experiment, and not a one-off questionnaire, with listening test items in it. A questionnaire study can only show you if there is a correlation between EFL listening and FLA/FLE. A positive relationship with FLE and a negative one with FLA is very likely, by the way. However, this correlation does not tell us which caused which. To do that, you would need to conduct an experiment.
