Hello all, I am currently in the process of conducting a chromosomal aberration test using whole blood samples to test toxicity of nanoplastics, and I have a question regarding the protocol. In the context of this assay, should I replace the media after 48 hours of incubation or to add testing material directly to the incubated media. Could you kindly provide clarification on this matter?
