I do know that Eviews has an add on for this model, But I am using a old version of the Eviews and therefore the add on feature cannot be incorporated in the same.
I don’t know if Eviews estimates this model without coding, howeve, check RATS and Ox Metric programs if they estimate it directly or at least esier than Eviews. Also, as I know, they offer discount for students and academics.
The DCC model has become a standard model in many Econometric software: RATS, GAUSS, G@RCH under OxMetric, Microfit, MATLAB, and rmgarch package in R. The rmgarch package implements following multivariate distributions to optimize the likelihood functions in a numerical way: the multivariate normal, Student t and Laplace. While RATS usually implements multivariate symmetric distribution functions, the GAUSS applies multivariate skew distributions in addition to common Gaussian and Student's t distributions.
