Firstly you will have to decide which periodical is suitable for publication of your MS. If it is a regional issue go a local periodical, else anywhere. If the quality of the MS is of good standard you can think of reputed periodicals. Now go through the 'Instructions to the contributors' given in the periodical you have selected. Prepare the MS strictly accordingly to the instructions and then submit the MS for publication. Some periodicals publish free of cost. Other charge for it. You will have to decide yourself in this regard. In my opinion you should always opt for a periodical which sends proof before final publication. You may also find many online journals. Usually they take less time to publish but the quality of all online journals may not be good. Before submitting MS you should also check how much time they take to publish. This may a crucial factor for many.
For improving the quality of the MS kindly take the help of your colleagues, go through publications in good periodicals and take the consult with experts in the relevant field.
