I interpolated bad channels in eeglab at the end, but the channel montage got messed up. what's the reason? and how can prevent this?

Hello,

I am currently performing some ERP analyses in EEGLAB, but I noticed that for subjects whose bad channels were interpolated in the final step of preprocessing, the channel montage became scrambled. I had previously worked with EEGLAB, and after interpolation, I did not encounter such an issue. The EEGLAB version I am using is 2025.0.0.

How can I fix this problem, and how can I prevent it from happening in future analyses?
