Make the colloidal solution of ZnO NW's and this solution is used for preparation of thin film. Thin film is prepared by deep coating method or spin coating method you used.

Easily volatile solvents like ethanol, Methanol

Solvent also play an important role in the morphology of the thin film.

Choose carefully.
