Both images are linked, when i zoom the both images at the same level say eg :100% level, the 15m resolution image zoomed to 100% where as 30m resolution zoomed to 200%. (Note: Both image are linked and set to same zoom level 100%, 30m resolution shows zoom level as 200% and 15m resolution as 100%).
Kindly help to understand the concept behind this.
HI，because your data have resolution information，so it will like this.you just resample the data 15m to 30m.
The problem is, two images with different resolution as 15m and 30m are displayed in two view windows and both windows are linked each other. When i make a zoom level to 100% both windows should zoom to 100% zoom level because both windows are linked. But here the case is 15m resolution image window is zoomed to 100% level were the 30m resloution window is zoomed to 200% level. kindly help me understand more on this
better use Arcgis or open source QGIS! and open both the images and use swipe option to understand clearly instead of opening images in different windows.
suppose you know resolution measurements corresponds to one pixel. So, in the first, te "size" on ground of one pixel of the image is 15m. and the other 30 meters.
