I have to make a solution of particulate matter of 400µg/ml in DMSO. kindly confirm, for this i need to take 400 μg of particulate matter and dissolve it in 600μg of DMSO. from this 400μg/ml stock i need to make 50 μg/ml, 100 μg/ml, 150 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 250 μg/ml, 300 μg/ml, 350 μg/ml. kindly guide how do i make sufficient amount of stock from which i can make the other dilutions, because it would be a very small amount.

If your working concentration is around 50 μg/ml, 100 μg/ml, 150 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 250 μg/ml, 300 μg/ml, 350 μg/ml. I would recommend you to prepare your main stock of 20mg/ml or more to reduce the overall DMSO concentration, if you want to use the same for in-vitro and in-vivo use.
