I have thin films of MoO3 deposited via thermal evaporation. Is it possible to convert those MoO3 thin films into MoS2 films by any means?
Yes, by sulphurizing them in an inert atmosphere or in reducing environment, for e.g annealing them in Hydrogen gas.
