Dear Doctors

I hope that you are safe.

To dear authors, before submitting a manuscript make sure that you did not put everything in the abstract (especially the critical and/or the rarely used points), because it may make the reviewers not accept the review work. And so, your manuscript will take too long time to be reviewed (inviting reviewers). You may add/adjust the abstract in the first or second round of review.

To dear reviewers, it is not (too) bad if you accept to review a subject that has 90% of your expertise, you may get the rest through the literature.

Eventually, dear authors, (try to) avoid the journals that use single-blind peer review.

The aforementioned points are based on my experience; do you have something to share?

Keep safe and best regards,

Emad Hawash.
