I have ran 13 C and DEPT using 40,000 and 15,000 scan respectively but no acquisition. What should i do please?

I have ran 13 C and DEPT using 40,000 and 15,000 scan respectively for two of my samples, but no acquisition. Any suggestion on what i should do please.
