I may give a conceptual answer to your question. you have to provide a file with initial guess for the voltages of defined nodes. That is you have to give a file with an initial solution. The syntax of this file must conform with that give in the instructions.

Mr zekry, Thank you for your response. Can mixed mode simulation be done on junctionless tunnel Fet? I also tried to simulated it but I couldn't, because the gate contact on the source doesn't connect to any node.
