I have preapared a solution of TMB Hydrogen peroxide and Graphene oxide it is not showing any colour.Why?

The literature reveals that this solution should have blue colour as H2O2 oxidizes TMB. I dont know what went wrong why there is no colour? what can be the possible reasons?
