I have nanoparticle mixture with size ranging from 50nm to 90 nm, how can i separate them. I was thinking of using a centrifugation system which will give different bands corresponding to different particle size. Is their any better way to do the separation?
By my knowledge, Centrifugation is the best....if you can find some mesh kind of thing with very specific hole size.....you may use that also

Depends on the sample size..
if its small, lab-scale sample, electrophoresis and chromatography techniques like SEC & HPLC and/or centrifugation (with proper choice of solvents) will do.
Is somebody at your facility doing FACS analysis?
If nothing else, running the particles through it could give you an idea about the size distribution in your prep.
You can also use dialysis, but the problem is that you will only get one size distribution depending on the membrane you use.
