Is there any chemical synthesis method to grow Silicon nanoparticles with size > 100 nm?

I am interested in chemical synthesis of spherical Silicon nanoparticles with size range of 70-80 nm or more. The methods available, as I know. only results in particle size of 1- 15 nm only.
