I have used Boolean (Subtract) operation to convert multiple bodies and parts into 1part, 1body. But after this conversion, the volume and surface area become zero. Please suggest, how to solve this problem?

First of all, subtract does not utilize merging. If you wanted to deduct a geometry from another one, so, you should use subtract. In this condition to merge you should use unite instead of subtracting. Furthermore, I suggest you merge your components in the Solidwork and then importing in the design modeler. I have tried that also as I have merged the components (5bodies,5parts) in Solidworks and imported here,then it comes as 1part 1body, which is desirable. But even then also I am unable to get that surface area and volume of that body in ANSYS Design Modeler.

It is a little weird. However, These are my suggestions:
1- It is possible that your software(Solidworks and Ansys-Fluent) includes Bug.
2-Maybe you should try various Suffix to import your model in Design-Modeler.
3- In some situations, a redesign might solve these problems.
