Great question close control will be required during pregnancy by booth patients. Ultrasound and biochemical screening should be done but biochemical results should be observer holisticly.
There are a possibility with digital PCR to observe the voulume of The JAG1 and NOTCH2 which are the triggers of the syndrome. The samples could be taken from maternal blood so invasive procedure will not required.
Strict and Close follow up are needed in this sydrome. Diabetes and high blood pressure are medical Challenges but With consistent Medical follow up most women can have healthy pregnancy till term. Discussi With Your collegues before any Medical intervention. .
