i used SAR with different polarimetry, for examples i set the SAR to send and receive the signal to the metal target in HH (Tx horizontal and Rx horizontal) for different position of SAR, I repeat this for different setting of SAR (VV, HV and VH, ), then i got the raw data i processed the data to make them compatible with MATLAB then i used SAIL SAR (Synthetic Aperture Imaging Library) algorithm to plot 3D images for both HH, HV, VH and VV. then i generated 2x2 polarization matrix, now i want to use this matrix to plot the same 3D images of the target.

Interesting research.. I do not have any experience with SAIL. But something came up in my mind. You have 4 data, while you need to plot in 3D. First thing: do you intend to model in monostatic or bistatic? If monostatic, you need to have a reciprocity theorem applied, hence HV equals to VH. So setting boundary of your research is important.. Just a glimpse comment.
