As heat treatment can dramatically change the microstructure and phases present, together with their distribution and in many cases with their crystal structure, most of the properties that you mention will change. In particular, in your list, the mechanical properties, stress-strain related properties, strength limit, strain limit, durability and formability will be affected, with the notable exception that the elastic properties - Young's modulus, Poisson's ration and Shear modulus - will only be marginally changed, if at all. I doubt if there will be much effect either on the thermal and electrical properties in this steel, but the latter can be sensitive to variations in the defect population and to the presence of small precipitates. However, steels are obviously good thermal and electrical conductors and so any change due to heat treatment will likely be marginal.
However, as heat treatment is invariably used to change the plastic deformation properties, and tool steels can be extremely brittle (if not heat-treated properly), it is essential that you perform the heat treatment correctly - presumably you will need to quench and temper the steel - in order to get the desired combination of strength and ductility.

Poisson's modulus may not be as effective to discern between the annealed and normalized states, but up to a 2% change is observed due to quenching. ... tempering temperature increases to 600 ºC, E and G increase about 3%, while the reduction in Poisson's ratio reaches around 2%
Young's modulus-Young's Modulus is depend on the interatomic distance and bonding energy. And because only small fraction of the near neighbor bonds are affected by the heat treatments. So you will have a very small or no change in the magnitude of Young's Modulus.
And shear modulus behave similarly
Mass density-
The density of GC decreased with increase in heat treatment temperature (HTT), reaching a maximum decrease of 12.4% at 2700‡ C; and the weight loss increased with increasing temperature to a maximum of about 1.9%.
Stress-strain properties-
It is noted that yield stress increases with strain rate in a non-linear manner. Two trends were noted. Firstly, the slope of each curve is different at each temperature and increases with increasing temperature. ... At lower test temperature or higher strain rate, the creep deformation is expected to be smaller
Resistivity-The obtained electrical accumulation behavior was then used to determine the best annealing heat treatments. It is demonstrated that the foil electrical resistivity is enhanced with the increase in the annealing temperature but the prolonged annealing time has the contrary impact.
Heat treatment can change the mechanical and physical properties of steel depending upon the type and nature of treatment. It is not wise to find a generalised answer.
A given thermomechanical heat treatment might change all of them but :

· Poisson’s Ratio (NU)
· Shear Modulus (G)
· Structural Damping Coefficient (GE)
· Mass Density (RHO)
A given thermochemical heat treatment might be prone to affect all properties if a sufficient element % is introduced. However, for practical reasons and for the listed Mechanical properties , their modificacion is neglible and limited only to surface changes.
