The problem of missing citations is one of the most frequently asked question. You have asked a question about this three days ago: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Citations_of_my_articles_reported_in_Google_schooler_but_not_appear_in_research_gate. Please note that ResearchGate's staff will not read the questions and statements sent to the community. If you wish to contact them, use https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/requests/new. I have noticed a discrepancy like this as well. My approach is to state both in my CV: Citations/h according to RG and then by Google. Would that work for your situation as well?
Dear Rob keller first thank you for your cooperation, I try to click in more to confirm the author of my articles but unfortunately not appear, I try with another way by adding alternative name with success, the citations is changed from 16 to 21.
Dear Basser Ali Abdullah Good to hear that adding an alternative name worked to some degree. If I go to:Article Chief complaints of patients attending college of Dentistry ...
and if I click on "More" I see "Claim authorship - Is this your work" (somewhere in the middle of the options).
If somehow this is not the case for you then I advise you to contact the RG service team.
Dear Rob keller thank you for your cooperation, this article chief complaint in my profile with 0 citations, in picture you send is with 12 citations, this pic is from RG or Google schooler.
Dear Basser Ali Abdullah Forget about the version you manually added in your own profile, use the link I gave and claim authorship there (see the figure I enclosed in my previous reply to see where you can do this).
The thing is that the RG engine only use the version (with the link I provided) and register for this version all possible citations.
If you claim authorship of the right version then this one will be added to your profile. But again click on the link I provided.
Best regards.
PS. If this works then later on you can merge the various version of this paper you already included yourself.
