We had sent an article for review in May 2022 and it has been rejected. Recently I received a notification form Research gate asking me whether I am the author of the article which had a prereview version fo my article with a doi number! It is in SSRN website. I could not find any contact person to remove it from the website. Who can delete it?

If you have your article on SSRN , you have automatically an SSRN account.
Go on https://hq.ssrn.com/login/pubsigninjoin.cfm => forgot password in entering your mail address.
When you are on your account=> go on "my papers" section (left side) => you can directly inactive your paper.
