I have performed an FFT on the hydroxyapatite crystal taken by HR-TEM analysis and masked the reflections, subsequently done the inverse FFT to measure the spacings. The planes are 0.26 nm and 0.28 nm, with observed angle of 60 degrees between them. However, I cannot match both planes to the observed angle?
