Is it possible that I can generate these curves manually. If yes then which data is required for these curves. and how these curves are generated? Or is it possible we can run the model without these curves?

If you have a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) of the reservoir or contour map available then you can generate an elevation vs area curve for a reservoir relatively easily. Hi Suhail,
It is not possible directly when using HEC-RAS, but as mentioned by Darren, if you DTM of the reservoir, you can use DTM to get those curves.
