My velocity profile is just coming according to the concerned research paper but my temperature profile is not coming according to it and is not changing in the region. The temperature value is constant however it should change in that region. Kindly help me this? I badly need it. I cannot get the hack from last two weeks.

The distilled material DENSITY varies after passing through the membrane, the temperature must be a function of density. Try to adapt density dependent thermal modelling option(if available)

If I understood the problem correctly, your results show constant temperature over a region in space where there should be a temperature gradient. That sounds like a problem with the boundary conditions in your heat transfer module... but then, since you do have a converged simulation, I'm guessing yous system is fully defined as it stands. That implicates two possibilities:
1. One or more parameter values in your heat transfer module are incorrect.
2. You have calculated velocity and pressure using CFD but haven't coupled these with temperature using a separate heat transfer module.
If you share your mph file and the paper you're referring to, I could probably be more specific.
In DCMD I think there is a reciprocal relationship between heat and mass transfer thats mean mass transfer is a result in heat transfer which resulted due to temperature difference between membrane zones ( feed balk ,membrane surface ,pearmeat bulk and membrane surface) and most literatures assumed a linear temperature profile but practically different reality.Hope attention to this point and I recommend using MATLAB
Membrane distillation is a simultaneous process which involves both heat and mass transfer processes. There are two approaches for modeling MD. The first one concerns the modeling of the transport mechanism through the hydrophobic membrane. The second concerns with the overall modeling for predicting the permeate flux at given operation conditions. A linear relationship between the mass flux (Jm) and the water vapor pressure difference ∆Pv across the membrane was suggested to describe the water vapor transport in MD. Therefore, you have to check your equations, especially the Antoine equation, where the vapour pressure increases exponentially with temperature ..
