I am working on Capacitive Deionization of Brackish water, herein, I doubt about, how to get the cyclic stability graph while running continuously?

We are conducting single pass CDI with Na2SO4 as a feed solution, monitoring conductivity every min, but we wanted to run continuously for several hours and plot the results. Can anybody give me suggestions on how to perform similarly to get the stability cycles graph Time vs Conductivity for more than 24 hours?
