I suggest that you should define the organisms that you expect to see and not see the protein in the genome. You can define it in parameter box. This should reduce time-consuming for analysis.

However, you can display all output sequence (as I known) by standalone blastp in your computer. You need to install blast software and download the whole (nr) database.
