I am using temperature profile
Oven temperature initial 50 degrees for 30s then raised to 80 degrees at the rate of 10degrees/min hold for 30s then raised to 150 degrees at the rate of 10 degrees/min.
I get 2 or 3 peaks of benzene with fused base line.
50 C seems like a pretty high starting temperature for benzene, which is quite volatile. Also, a 95/5 siloxane/phenyl column is typically more for semi-volatiel compounds, especially if you are using a low film thickness (like 0.25 µm). Using a lower oven temperature and a volatile column, like a DB-624 or DB-VRX should give you better results.

what is the thickness of your stationary phase? if you have a thick film you can use higher temperatures.
You can separate this compounds in isothermal program like 40 or 45C - you don't need a temp. program.
