I came to know that this effect can be corrected using a short circuit measurement. How to do this measurement? Are there any other ways to mitigate this problem?
All measurements we made showed random noises, especially inductance effects.
We use silver conductive ink and silver wires (in some cases Pt mesh) for contacts, by annealing the contact at 400 C.

Old question but...
High frequency inductance is most often from cabling and setup. A shorted lead test can help determine this, but you need to make sure that the cables/connections are in the same position as they are for your actual test. Ideally you would use a low Z surrogate--a block/bar of metal (Al or Cu) that is the same size/shape as your test cell. This is not technically the same as a shorted lead, but it's a better mechanism to look at your inductive background. A true shorted lead test is best for determining the DC (resistance) lower limit.
