Open up VS2015 x86 x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt window and change to your shared,

mapped network drive letter

Drag the ANSYS Fluent shortcut into the VS2015 x86 x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt window.

This will work for all versions of Fluent older than v17.0

Hope this file will help....but this is for VS2010, for latest versions help, please contact local Ansys support....still I believe with your versions, this will suffice
