When i reduced the pressure and momentum relaxation factors to 0.2 and 0.5 respectively and run my simulation i get another ; Error: Divergence detected in AMG solver: vof-1 Error Object: #f
Hello Fortunate Ogene, the (Error: Divergence detected in AMG solver: k ) error with VOF that you have encountered in your simulation is a common error in Fluent Platform. It has many reasons; so my recommendation is to check all the items related to your simulation for examples grid system, initial & boundary condition, UDF (if it is used) and other related parameters. Usually this error happens when you give incorrect inputs. Please check your inputs thoroughly. There may be some missing or inconsistency in the inputs. e.g. scaling or dimension specifications etc.

Is it a discrete phase simulation coupled with turbulence (SKE)? Is the model working correctly with SKE (k-epsilon) turned off?
