Hi Humna Asghar could you show graph from nanodrop if possible? It could help to estimate contamination rate. I have seen that in my samples. Are you sure in sample start quality before you start extraction?
High concentration with no band could be explained. Your RNA is degraded. If I understand the picture well. Or you have lost RNA and measure only contaminants.
I don't have the graph picture, but I think A260/A230 ratio can help, as its values are below 1.0 and ranging between 0.5-0.7
