If you have got chemdraw, you can always get both shift from the software by drawing the structure and selecting the appropriate option within the software.

Please see attached the 31P- and 13C-NMR data for DL-glycerol-1-phosphate, called also DL-glycerol-3-phosphate.
The DEPT-135 is a good experiment to identification of glycerol-3-phosphate
Where carbons no. 1 and 3 appear negative(CH2)
And carbon no.2 show positive signal(CH)
About HNMR spectrum the signals of acidic protons (OH)chemical shift depend on the solvent that are use in recording the spectrum
You can get a rough estimate of the NMR signals by drawing the structure in chemdraw, and clicking the appropriate option in the window.i think it'll go a long way.
Just as an addition to that. Draw the structure with the chemdraw and highlight it. From the tool bar, click on structure and scroll down to predict the 1H- NMR and 13-C NMR. This will give you an approximate chemical shifts anyway.
