I am not getting slope 2 region in the SCLC plot. How can I calculate carrier mobility without SCLC region?

I have to calculate carrier mobility of metal oxide sample coated over FTO. I measured I-V and converted that data into J-V and plotted log J- log V. From that graph I tried to find the SCLC Region having slope 2. But my graph has not any slope 2 region. It has slope 1.58,0.98,2.3, 0.79. Can I consider 2.3 Slope as SCLC region?
