Try to create a new virtual environment in Anaconda by running the following code in command line

conda create --name opencv-env python=3.6

After that, activate the environment

conda activate opencv-env

And finally, run the following command to install OpenCV and other important packages

pip install numpy scipy matplotlib scikit-learn (spyder/jupyter or whatever environment you are using)

pip install opencv-contrib-python

pip install dlib

If after that you still get an error asking you to update Virtual Studio that supports C++11, run the below command

pip install https://pypi.python.org/packages/da/06/bd3e241c4eb0a662914b3b4875fc52dd176a9db0d4a2c915ac2ad8800e9e/dlib-19.7.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl#md5=b7330a5b2d46420343fbed5df69e6a3f

1. Open Anaconda Prompt in Administrative mode.

2. conda update conda 3. conda update anaconda

4. conda create -n dlib_env python=3.7

5. conda activate dlib_env

6. conda install -c conda-forge dlib

7.1 >>> import dlib 7.2 >>> dlib.__version__

Dlib is support with python 3.6 to 3.7.0 version s. Try to install the dlib in anaconda prompt by following command.,

step 1: conda create -n env_name python=3.7.0

step 2: conda activate env_name

step 3: conda install cmake

step 4: conda install -c conda-forge dlib=19.17

If cmake is installed then

Just try this command

conda install -c conda-forge dlib

Then proceed it with 'y'

Now, check whether it is installed or not

python >>import dlib

If error is not occurred then dlib is successfully installed

To check the dlib version

>>dlib.__version__

i also faced this problem probably the python version problem

conda install -c menpo dlib

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found

to be incompatible with the existing python installation in your environment:

Specifications:

- dlib -> python[version='2.7.*|3.4.*|3.5.*']

Your python: python=3.8
