Complete mitogenome sequencing of moths have not been carried out in India. I am having the interest to do deep level evolutionary relationship of moths in India. I have done the preliminary study, the complete mitogenome sequence of Eudocima phalonia (Accession number: KY196412).

Thanks for your reply. How to analyze the relative synonymous codon usage (RSCU) in mitogenome sequence. Kindly inform me step wise procedure. I will complete the research article by next week. I will acknowledge you in my research article.

1、First, import all sequences you want to analyze into Mega (Fig. 1).

2、Then click “W” (see the red box in Fig. 1) to alignment the sequences and cut the redundant sequences at both ends (Fig. 2) to make all sequences’ length is consistent. Export the Alignment with “Mega Format” (Click Data→Export Alignment→Mega format).

3、Close current session and back to the interface of Mega (Fig. 3). Import the Mega format file (the file you save at step 2).

4、After import the file, click “Models” →Compute Condon Usage ((Red box in Fig. 4). →Click “OK” (Fig. 5).
