I need some guideline about translational medicine. Currently, I am doing a project regarding to In-Silico Drug Designing studies against Genetic disorders utilizing In-silico translational medicine techniques. My aim of study is to develop novel drug candidate from plants based compounds utilizing Translational medicines techniques via Computational Drug Designing techniques.So I want some guideline, how I perform this In-Silico study because this is my first time experience on translational medicine.Can anyone suggest me good article related to my study where I find all In-silico translational medicine techniques.

Wet lab analyses is done and i am looking for Computational studies. I am little bit confused, may i perform this task as i perform other Drug designing tasks (Docking, Simulation and DFT) or may i perform in different way?? Because the motif of project is design to Insilico Translational medicine against Infertility disorder. I can't find proper answer for this, how to perform .
