There are quite a number of software on qualitative data analysis. You will be able to narrow down and find appropriate one to use based on the problem at hand.

I suggest having a look at AQUAD. You can analyse any kind of data (audio, visual, text) without transcribing beforehand which would save you a lot of time for the actual analysis.
