The Teaching Channel offers a variety of professionally developed, short videos of teaching. It is free, but you do need to register. The videos are searchable so you can look for specific content, grades or topics (differentiation, special education, or classroom management, for example). You can also follow a particular teacher. You receive email prompts from time to time, but no spam.
