Meta-analysis articles with RCTs evaluate the methodological quality of included studies. Risk of Bias tool by Cochrane group is usually used. I would search using PubMed. Typing keywords-Customize article types as meta-analysis-find the PMC image search tab and Risk of Bias table-find the studies with poor methodological quality (usually colored or marked as red).
Just to confirm, you are looking for studies that have "poor" reporting as opposed to "poor" study design?
There is no shortage of RCTs with less than optimal reporting, especially before CONSORT became published (2010) and widely used. That said, I cannot think of any specific paper.
In addition to Chang Seok Bang's suggestion of looking at the ROB tables of RCT SRs (the studies that have numerous criteria with "Unclear Risk of Bias" (yellow) are the ones that are likely to have poor reporting), you could also look for studies that assess the quality of reporting of randomized controlled trials and look through the studies that they evaluated to identify those flagged as having "poor"reporting.
Similar to what others have indicated, I suggest you look at SRs that made use of ROB tools for grading of quality. I would rather opt to present items marked in red (High Risk) rather than the yellow items (unclear bias)
