I've never used these abs in combo, but they should work together just as well as they do individually for fluorescence.
Immunofluorescence Chicken anti-GFAP and Rabbit anti-Iba1
Day 1:
1. Wash 5 min x 5 in 10 mM PBS
2. One hour blocking in 2.5% normal goat serum, 0.1% Triton X-100, 10 mM PBS with agitation at room temperature.
3. 24 h incubation at room temperature in Rabbit anti-Iba1 (1:300, Wako) and Chicken anti-GFAP (1:300, Aves) in blocking solution.
Day 2:
4. Wash 5 min x 5 in 10 mM PBS
5. Incubate 2 h at room temperature in secondary antibodies (Goat anti-Rabbit AlexaFluor 594 and Goat anti-chicken alexa-488; both at 1:200) in blocking solution with agitation covered from light.
6. Wash 5 min x 5 in 10 mM PBS.
7. Mount onto slides, dry, coverslip with VecatShield hardset media + DAPI.
