I would like to look at different way to education people regarding health risk. Risk communication seems like a good framework. I would like some good resourses about using risk communication in health education.

I have always been a fan of Peter Sandman who developed the Risk = Hazard plus outrage idea. (http://www.psandman.com). I know Simon Chapman has used this concept in public health but I can't recall the reference something about mobile phone towers I think.
I too am a big advocate of Peter Sandman's materials. He's been doing it a long time and still highly relevant and in fact led efforts on RC on Zika last year. See link above.
