Have you considered the  Gamma-ray Coordinates Network and Transient Astronomy Network? http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/  This maintains the Burst Data Archive http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/burst_info.html

a list of gamma ray burst and their characteristics is also maintained for INTEGRAL.  Here is a link to the gamma ray burst alert system  http://ibas.iasf-milano.inaf.it
